Giorgio Mondini has significant experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law, especially copyright, media, patents, trademarks, and unfair competition law. He advises Italian and foreign clients operating in the editorial and entraining industry. He also consistently works with the major trade associations in this field.
He graduated from the University of Milan in 1965 and he has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1968. Also, he attended the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, and he got the Fulbright Scholarship.
He is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.
He is frequently invited as a speaker in international seminars as about intellectual property law and media matters. He also takes part as a lecturer in post graduate IP courses and masters.
He is the author of many publications.
He is Chairman of the Italian Group of AIPPI – International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property – and ALAI association.
He is ranked by The Legal500 “Hall of Fame” as professional for Intellectual Property. In 2021 he was awarded by Chambers Europe in the “Seniorstatespeople” category for Intellectual Property and Copyright.
