We are pleased to announce that our firm in the person of the Managing Partner Paolo Flavio Mondini, assisted Grafiche Lama of the Fulgoni family, in the process that led to the sale of the 100% shares to Unigrains and La Prensa Group.
Grafiche Lama, founded in 1973, based in Piacenza and led by Dario Fulgoni, as CEO, mainly produces In-Mold (IML) labels for the permanent decoration of plastic containers and objects with a team of about 30 employees, a turnover of 5 million euros and exports to 30 countries.
La Prensa Etichetta is a leader in the printing and finishing of paper and plastic labels for food and beverage products, with a turnover of over 40 million euros, 130 employees spread across 4 locations and 10,000 m² of production area.
