Rodolfo Mignone

Attorney Rodolfo Mignone deals with civil law, commercial law, corporate law, labor law, with specific skills in contractual matters, in particular in the context of both ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, procurement, supply of services, including digital, in the publishing and printing sector, outsourcing of functions and services in the banking and insurance sector subject to supervisory regulations, sales and commercial distribution at national and international level. In the exercise of his professional activity, Attorney Rodolfo Mignone has also gained consolidated experience and expertise in the field of administrative liability of companies and entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (he was also a member of the Supervisory Body), protection of health and safety in the workplace, data protection and carries out consultancy activities on the legal profiles in these matters and assistance in the design, implementation and maintenance of management systems and corporate organizational models, as well as classroom training activities on Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Attorney Mignone also deals with bankruptcy law, litigation and debt collection.
