Attorney Prof. Paolo Flavio Mondini, by virtue of the skills acquired also through his academic experience, carries out consultancy activities, both judicial and extrajudicial, in the corporate, banking and financial sector, assisting Italian and foreign companies. He participates in arbitration proceedings both as counsel and as arbitrator. Since 2010 he has been a confirmed associate professor of Economic Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, after having held teaching positions at other Italian and foreign universities, particularly in Germany (Bielefeld, 2007; Heidelberg, 2009).
He obtained the title of Doctor of Research in Commercial Law in 2005 with a doctoral thesis awarded as the best national thesis in commercial and banking law by the Gian Franco Campobasso Association.
He graduated in 2000 from the Università Cattolicadi Milano with a grade of 110/110 cum laude.
He has been qualified to practice law since 2003.
He is the author of numerous publications in national and European journals and of two monographs on corporate and financial law (Le azioni correlate, Milan, 2009; I conflitti di interesse degli intermediari bancari nella proposta di servizi di risparmio, Milan, 2008).
He is a member of the Editorial Board of scientific journals (Banca, Borsa, Titoli di Credito, Rivista delle società, Rivista del Diritto societario, Giurisprudenza arbitrale).
He is a speaker at conferences on corporate, banking and financial law.
He is the founder and scientific coordinator of the Business Law project ( www.giurisprudenzadelleimprese.it ).
He is a member of scientific associations (AEDBF, ADDE, Disiano Preite Association, Gianfranco Campobasso Association, Orizzonti di Diritto Commerciale).
He is among the youngest Italian lawyers to be classified in Legal500 as a Leading Individual in the Dispute Resolution sector.
He speaks fluent English, French and German.
