Luca Tiberi, a lawyer, focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular reference to the energy, retail and real estate markets. He works with Italian and international clients in the field of acquisitions and mergers and in the context of international commercial transactions.
In his activity for the retail sector, he deals with both traditional distribution and online stores. He also operates in the field of franchising, distribution and agency agreements, prize competitions, advertising and marketing, terms, conditions and policies for the use of websites. He assists Italian and foreign companies in commercial transactions of a real estate nature, including one of the main multinational companies producing and distributing sporting goods.
In the energy sector, he assists clients with downstream issues such as contracts, regulatory issues, sales networks, new commercial offers and litigation. He is also particularly active in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors.
He graduated in 1987 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.
After attending the XVIII Preparatory Course for the Diplomatic Career Admission Competition, promoted by the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has been admitted to the bar since 1993.

The part dedicated to Italy, explained through numerous concrete examples, was written by Luca Tiberi.
