Enrica Vitali

Attorney Enrica Vitali graduated in 1999 from the Università degli Studi di Milano – Bicocca and has been a qualified lawyer since 2006. She has extensive experience in the real estate and retail sectors. She regularly works with Italian and international clients, providing assistance in real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting contracts for the sale, development, management and financing of any type of real estate asset, whether for commercial, industrial or residential purposes.

More specifically, she deals with the activity relating to procurement and all related contracts, as well as related aspects: from financing to guarantees; application of sector regulations, also with regard to building and urban planning aspects; from negotiation to the management of litigation and judicial sales; protection of property and minor real rights.

Attorney Vitali also has solid experience in commercial contracts in the sector (lease, business rental agreements, renovation and fitting out of sales outlets, negotiation and drafting of franchising agreements), assisting clients with national and foreign brands active in the retail, shopping centre and showroom, tourism, office and industrial real estate sectors.
