Attorney Andrea Marchetti mainly deals with industrial law and provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance, at national and international level, in matters of patents, trademarks, software, designs and models, trade secrets, unfair competition, antitrust law and commercial communication. He graduated with honors in July 2014 from the Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
Since 2017 he has been admitted to the bar.
He is a lecturer in industrial law at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
He also collaborates with the editorial staff of the magazine “ Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale ”.
He speaks and writes in English.
