We are pleased to inform you that the manual entitled "Il Diritto alimentare" has been published.
The volume was written by our partner Giorgio Rusconi together with our associate Omar Cesana and with the collaboration of Laura Carrara and other technical contributions.
The manual deals, with a practical approach and a systematic approach, with the main aspects of food law: from food hygiene to their correct presentation, from the discipline of controls to the various profiles of responsibility that may affect the operator's activity, providing an operational and ready-to-use tool to address the various issues of a constantly evolving subject, according to the "from farm to fork" approach that inspires sector legislation.
