Mondini Bonora Geneva, with partners Paolo Flavio Mondini And Carlo Ginevra, assisted Giovanni Stucchi in the sale of his stake of approximately 20% of the capital of Stucchi Spa, one of the world's leading manufacturers of quick couplings for the conduction of fluids under pressure, with headquarters in Pagazzano (BG) and branches in the United States, Brazil, Australia, South Africa and China.
The transaction was completed through the purchase of treasury shares by the Company.
