Attorney Elisa Maria Babbini deals with intellectual property , with skills that include patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, unfair competition and commercial communication, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings.
She graduated with honors in 2022 from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
Before joining the Firm, Elisa worked in two leading law firms and enriched her professional experience by completing a secondment period at a prestigious law firm in Portugal, collaborating with the Intellectual Property team.
In 2024 she completed the Master in Intellectual Property Law at the Just Legal Services legal training school with a focus on trademark and patent law, protection of intellectual works and competition law.
In the same year she has been admitted to the bar.
She has collaborated with the World Trademark Daily and currently collaborates with “ Girisprudenza delle Imprese ”, an online database of rulings issued by the specialized section on business matters.
She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
