On Friday 26 January 2024 a meeting was held on the subject of “Incentive tools and retention of managers and collaborators" organized by ELAS which our Partner Prof. Avv. had the pleasure of participating. Ponly Flavio Mondini.
The use of incentive tools is becoming increasingly important for companies who wish to reward and retain their most qualified employees. In particular, our Partner had the opportunity to discuss the topic of “Assignment of shares and SFP to managers and collaborators. Tools and forms between statutory autonomy and legal limits”.
The meeting aroused great interest among the participants, offering a complete overview of the tools available to companies and interesting ideas for improving human resources management within companies.
