Guido Bortoluzzi

Attorney Guido Bortoluzzi mainly deals with corporate, bankruptcy and financial markets law, with consolidated experience in both civil litigation (including arbitration) and out-of-court, with special reference to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business transfers and corporate reorganizations. In recent years he has also dealt with real estate law and condominium law, with particular and consolidated experience in the field of superbonus 110%.

He graduated in 2008 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.

He has been admitted to the bar since 2012.

In July 2013 he obtained a PhD in domestic and international commercial law defending a thesis on “ Share redemption in joint stock companies .” and was subsequently a research fellow in commercial law at the Faculty of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano

He is co-author of the monograph “Il trasferimento d’azienda” (Utet, 2010), and of the “Commento all’art. 2470 del codice civile”, published in “Society, company and competition”, vol. ***, in the “Commentary on the civil code” edited by Gabrielli (Utet, 2015) and author of the “Nota alla Massima n. 53/2015 emessa dal Consiglio Notarile dei Distretti Riuniti di Firenze, Pistoia e Prato”, in Rivista Notarile, 2016, p. 905 et seq. His report “La disciplina dell’assistenza finanziaria per l’acquisto di azioni proprie e della loro accettazione in garanzia” has been cited in some of the major commentaries and contributions in the sector.

He is a lecturer in commercial law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and holds lectures in specialized master's degrees in the field.

He also collaborates with Giurisprudenza delle imprese, an online archive that collects all the provisions on business matters issued by ordinary and specialized Italian courts.

He speaks fluent English.
