The new statute of authors and performers in the digital single market

The article entitled “The new statute of authors and performers in the digital single market” edited by our partner Fabio Ghiretti and of the associate Francesca Milani and published in no. 4/2022 of IndustrialLaw. The contribution in question addresses the issue of the implementation in Italy of the provisions of the Copyright Directive regarding adequate and proportionate remuneration, transparency obligations, contractual adjustment mechanism of remuneration and right to revoke assignments or exclusive licenses in the event of failure to exploit the works.
