Mondini Bonora Ginevra successfully assisted a leading US company in dental implantology field in drafting and filing a complaint to the Ministry of Health, Directorate for Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Services, concerning the CE marking of a medical device of a competitor, obtaining, pursuant to Article 20, Italian Legislative Decree No 137/2022 an order from the Ministry to withdraw the product from the market.
