It is finally available even online the article entitled “The new status of authors, performing artists and executors in the digital single market“, edited by our partner  Fabio Ghiretti and associate Francesca Milani and published in issue no. 4/2022 of IlDirittoIndustriale. The contribution in question deals with the issue of the receipt in Italy of the provisions of the Copyright Directive on adequate and proportionate remuneration, transparency obligations, the contractual adjustment mechanism of the remuneration and right of revocation of assignment or exclusive licenses in case of non-exploitation of the works.
