Valeria Giugliano deals with litigation and out-of-court advice on intellectual property, commercial communication and antitrust matters.
She graduated from the University of Rome Tre in December 2013 and since 2018 she is admitted as a lawyer.
In 2019 she obtained her PhD in Civil Procedural Law from University of Milan and is currently a Research Fellow at the same University.
She is the author of several publications on European civil procedure and industrial litigation.
She is a lecturer in civil procedural law at the University of Roma Tre, in private and procedural international law at the State University of Milan and in industrial law at the University of Bergamo. In addition, she usually holds lectures and seminars as part of university and master’s courses.
She is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
She is fluent in English and French.
