Laura Carrara deals mainly with food law, both in and out of court.
She graduated in 2018 from the Luiss Guido Carli University with a thesis in food law on food supplements and new communication strategies.
In 2019, she completed the Advanced Training Course in Food Law at the University of Eastern Piedmont.
In 2020, she obtained a Level II Inter-University Master in Food Law at the Universities of Roma Tre, Tuscia and Campus Bio Medico, with a thesis on the functioning of the rapid alert system “RASFF”. Since January 2020, she has been an academic tutor for the same Master’s degree.
Since November 2020 she has been a PhD Student at the School for the Agri-food System AGRISYSTEM of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Since December 2020 she has been a lecturer in Food Law at the University of Tuscia.
She is a member of A.I.D.A. – Italian Association of Food Law.
She has been member of the Italian Bar Association since 2022.
She speaks English fluently.
