Guido Bortoluzzi has mainly been concentrating on corporate law and financial markets law, with a consolidated experience both in civil litigation (including arbitration) and out-of-court, with special reference to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business transfers and corporate reorganizations.
He graduated from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2008.
In July 2013 he obtained a Ph.D. degree in Domestic and International Commercial Law. he also obtained a research grant in Commercial Law by the School of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences of University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
He is an expert of commercial law at University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
He also takes part as a lecturer in corporate and finance courses. He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2012. He writes in the law journal “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese”
He is fluent in English.
