Gianmaria Pesce deals with ordinary litigation and arbitration in the banking and financial sectors, mainly in the interest of credit institutions and financial intermediaries, as well as real estate litigation for real estate investment funds.
He graduated from the University of Bologna in 2010. He has been member of the Italian Bar Association since 2014.
He is a member of European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF) and of Italia4Blockchain network.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
