Francesca Milani is dealing with IP and IT issues, with a special focus on copyright, trademarks and domain names. She has significant experience in the new forms of commercial communication (including ambush marketing and influencer marketing) and new technologies law where she deals with the firm’s initiatives in the field of the data protection.
She graduated from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore
In 2017 she obtained a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law.
She is the author of numerous articles and publications on trademarks and advertising matters.
- “Big data: privacy, management and protection” published by Wolters Kluwer, and the first practical guide to food laws and regulations by the title
- ”Diritto Alimentare” also published by Wolters Kluwer (of which she edited, together with Avv. Ghiretti, a chapter on IP implications).
She is a lecturer in Industrial Law at University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and in 2018 she was a Research Paper Adviser for the WIPO Master’s program in Intellectual Property
Furthermore, she regularly holds seminars and lectures at various universities, master’s and post-graduate training courses.
In addition, she is a contributor of the law journal “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese”.
She is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) – Italian Group and of INDICAM.
She is fluent in English.
