Enrica Vitali is focused on the real estate and retail sector. She regularly works with Italian and international clients, providing assistance in real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting contracts.

In particular, she has been focusing on the activities with regard to all related contracts and aspects: from financing to guarantees; application of sector regulations, with regard to building and urban planning aspects; from negotiation to the management of litigation and judicial sales; protection of property and minor real rights.

She graduated from University of Milan /Bicocca in 1999. She has been member of the Italian Bar Association since 2006.

She is fluent in French and English.
