Daniele Giombini mainly deals with commercial, corporate, banking, and financial law for Italian and foreign companies that are active in different sectors.

His professional experience includes: the planning of corporate forms and governance structures, the assistance in commercial and corporate disputes, the consultancy on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and M&A transactions. He also provides in and out of court assistance to banks and financial intermediaries regarding compliance with the rules of conduct in the provision of financial intermediation services.

He graduated from the University of Perugia in 1999. He has been member of the Italian Bar Association since 2005. 

Daniele Giombini obtained the following Master’s degrees: “ Master di specializzazione in diritto societario” powered by Ipsoa Scuola di Formazione in Milan, “ Master di specializzazione nella contrattualistica d’impresa ” by 24 Ore Business School in Milan and “Master di specializzazione in contabilità e bilancio ” by 24 Ore Business School in Milan.

He is a member of “International Bar Association” and of the “Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee”.

He is fluent in English.
