Attorney Celestino Andrea Quarato deals mainly with Intellectual Property. He has gained particular experience in the protection of the main industrial property rights (trademarks, patents, designs, domain names and copyright), and the law of new digital technologies, providing professional assistance in both extrajudicial and judicial settings. He has gained subject knowledge in the following sectors: Fashion & Luxury, Automotive, Healthcare & Lifescience.

In 2019, he graduated with honours from the University of Milan-Bicocca, discussing a thesis on patent law in the pharmaceutical sector, entitled ‘Supplementary protection certificates: recent case-law and legislative developments’.

Since July 2022 he is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
