On Wednesday 4 October, a conference dedicated to the topic of shareholders’ agreements in law and jurisprudence will be held in Milan. Among the many experts who will speak will be our co-managing partner Paolo Flavio Mondini, who will discuss the topic of management syndicates.
The meeting is organised by the Milan Bar Association through the Fondazione Forense as part of the continuing legal education programme for lawyers.
The conference will be held in presence and participation in the event allows the award of no. 2 training credits.
