Ci Sta, a pizzeria format that embodies Made in Italy excellence in the casual dining segment, founded by Nico Grammauta in 2021, announces the entry into its corporate structure of a new financial partner who, through the vehicles BEING SRL and DBEING SRL, acquires 65% of the capital of Bianca Srl SB, the company that owns the Ci Sta brand and directly manages the points of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation was carried out with an increase in share capital, which also led to the entry into the team of Enrico Formicola, already responsible for the product since the start of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After an initial development phase, in which the business model was perfected and 3 stores were opened, 2 in Milan and 1 in Verona, Nico Grammauta, CEO of the company, confirms that this operation will follow the second phase of the program, that is, the opening of new stores on the national territory in the next 24 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the operation, the partners of Bianca Srl SB were assisted for the legal and labor law aspects by Studio Longo&Barelli with a team led by partners Andrea Barelli and Massimo Longo, while for the tax aspects, Villa Roveda Associati acted, through partner Niccol\u00f2 Treppo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mondini Bonora Ginevra and Studio Spalla e Associati assisted BEING SRL and DBEING SRL in the transaction. In particular, Mondini Bonora Ginevra, with a team led by partners Prof. Paolo Flavio Mondini<\/a> And Carlo Ginevra<\/a>, followed the legal and labour profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studio Spalla e Associati, with a team led by partner Mario Spalla, handled the fiscal and financial aspects of the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n
