Although the debate on whether or not to orient entrepreneurial action also towards the pursuit of ESG objectives <\/strong>is far from dormant nowadays, fueled in this by the recent energy market crisis <\/strong>and from political positions<\/strong> which, particularly in the USA, are particularly critical of these goals, theevolution of the regulatory framework<\/strong> at Italian and European level it goes in the direction of sustainability<\/strong>, requiring in particular large listed companies to consider in their business strategies environmental and social sustainability factors<\/strong> and to "model" it accordingly governance structure.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n


This will require the presence in predictable ever-increasing numbers in administrative bodies <\/strong>of figures with specific skills in ESG matters.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
