We are pleased to announce that the Italian Section of the \u201cAEDBF \u2013 European Association for Banking and Financial Law\u201d and the \u201cGiorgio Ambrosoli Study Center\u201d are organizing the Conference entitled \u201cCORRECT GOVERNANCE BETWEEN ESG, COMPLIANCE AND CORPORATE REPUTATION\u201d which will be held under the patronage of the Milan Bar Association at the Aula Magna of the Court of Milan<\/strong> The October 14, 2022<\/strong> from 9.30am to 5.15pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Conference will also see the presence of our Co-Managing Partner Claudio Bonora<\/strong><\/a> who will chair the first session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Conference addresses ESG issues, which are more relevant than ever in light of the recent regulatory interventions<\/strong> and of the growing interest and debate developed in the world of civil and business society, also following the recent events that have unfortunately affected the environment, the climate and the energy market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same aims to provide a legal framework specifically on the issues of sustainable finance<\/strong> and the related issue related to the information, of the corporate sustainability due diligence <\/em><\/strong>and of the relevant implications for the purposes of governance <\/strong><\/em>corporate<\/strong>, with particular attention to recent regulatory developments at European level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A round table discussion is then planned on application experiences regarding particular sectors of interest, in order to provide participants with practical insights from those who experience sustainability in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Conference <\/strong>It is aimed at professionals, consultants, companies and, more generally, anyone interested in ESG issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
