  • Public procurement for the awarding of works, supplies and services , in ordinary and special sectors, both in terms of assistance to clients in carrying out award procedures and in terms of assistance to economic operators in participating in such procedures. Under the first profile, the Firm deals with the entire management of the award procedures of the public contract, supporting the tender and contracts office of the contracting authority in all the procedural steps necessary to reach the final award. Under the second profile, the Firm assists economic operators in the phase of participation in competitive procedures, providing the necessary support for the formulation of offers and the preparation of the clarifications requested during the preliminary investigation, proof of possession of the requirements and anomaly.
  • Public-private partnerships , through public works concession contracts and project financing , both in the awarding and signature phase and in the subsequent review phase.
  • Execution of procurement contracts and concessions and, in the latter context, negotiation of measures for the economic-financial rebalancing of the relationship and preparation of the related conventional deeds.
  • Urban planning and construction law , in which the Firm assists its Clients from the early stages of the real estate transaction, in addition to identifying the urban planning and construction procedures most appropriate to the size and objectives of the initiatives, in defining the project contents in relation to the constraints and incentives contained in the general urban planning instruments in force. Within the urban planning and construction procedures, the Firm also manages the sub-procedures aimed at issuing the authorizations and historical-artistic-monumental and landscape clearances necessary when intervening on a restricted property.
  • Energy : the Firm assists its Clients in the authorization procedures for the construction of electricity generation plants powered by renewable sources (wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic, biomass and vegetable oils).
  • Environmental : the Firm provides legal support in procedures for environmental impact assessment (VIA), strategic environmental assessment (VAS) and integrated environmental authorization (AIA). No less important is the assistance provided in procedures relating to the remediation of contaminated sites. The assistance includes challenging before the administrative judge the public administration's orders to warn against the execution of remediation and/or safety interventions and the measures aimed at identifying the person responsible for the contamination. The Firm also assists its Clients in the field of civil law, with regard to the allocation of environmental responsibilities and the management of the related economic consequences, both at an extrajudicial and judicial level.
  • Regulatory : the Firm's professionals assist their Clients in their relationships with independent administrative authorities that govern regulated sectors, such as the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA), the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), the Competition and Market Authority (AGCM), and the Communications Regulatory Authority (AGCOM).
