We are happy to have lent, with the Lawyers Giorgio Rusconi And Omar Cesana, professional activity for the negotiation and drafting of the contract between Cantù Arena spa and the partner American Legends Global. The agreement, the first of its kind in Italy, includes the management by Legends Global of the new arena in the city of Cantù, finally home of Pallacanestro Cantù basketball and venue for the programming of entertainment events including music and shows.
Cantu Arena spa, controlled by Cantù Next spa, plans to inaugurate the new arena (the first building constructed under the so-called Stadium Law) in early 2027, with event management (from programming to organization, from reception to catering) handled by Legends Global.
Our professional activity included assistance in negotiating the agreement, with particular attention to civil law aspects and coordination with administrative law aspects related to the Stadium Law and sports credit.
