Chiara Bonora

Attorney Chiara Teresa Bonora specializes in labour law and industrial relations, a sector in which she operates both in judicial and extrajudicial matters. She deals in particular with:

– M&A assistance: legal due diligence, trade union consultation procedures pursuant to art. 47 Law no. 428/1990.

– Corporate restructuring: mobility procedures, plans, voluntary early retirement incentives, CIGS, solidarity contracts (also in bankruptcy procedures).

– Consulting on individual dismissals and consensual resolutions, secondments, transfers, drafting of company regulations and policies, disciplinary proceedings, contracts (including agency and distribution relationships, service contracts), administrative liability of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, inspections of social security institutions and inspection services, waivers and transactions, transactions with directors.

She graduated in 2002 from the Università degli Studi di Milano.

She has been admitted to the bar since 2006.

In 2008 she obtained a PhD in “Labour Law and Industrial Relations” at the Università Cattolica di Milano.

She is the author of various publications in specialized journals in the field of labor law.

For over ten years she has collaborated as a lecturer in the chair of labor law at the Department of Economics, Labor Law and Tax Law (chair of Labour Law) of the Università degli Studi di Milano, Faculty of Law.

She is a member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani).

She speaks fluent English.
