Claudio Bonora

Attorney Claudio Bonora deals with banking and financial law, international contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, bankruptcy law, labour law, arbitration. He graduated in 1977 from the Università degli Studi di Milano with honours.

He has been admitted to the bar since 1980 and has been registered in the Register of Auditors since 1995.

He was President of the European Association for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF) in Paris from 2005 to 2008 and is currently Honorary President and Member of the Scientific Committee of the same; Member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Section of the AEDBF; Secretary of the Council of the Giorgio Ambrosoli Study Center in Milan; Member of the Italian Association of Corporate Lawyers (AIGI); Member of the Gian Franco Campobasso Association for the Study of Commercial and Banking Law.
