The third seminar on Corporate Law on the topic “The liability of directors of joint-stock companies” will be held in Rome, at the Luiss University in the Aula Magna Mario Arcelli, on October 19, 2023.
The meeting will see the development of a debate in the courtroom starting from the analysis of concrete cases with magistrates of the Specialized Sections and other illustrious speakers, including our Co-Managing Partner Paolo Flavio Mondini, founder and scientific director of the project.
