Giuseppina Incorvaia

Attorney Giuseppina Incorvaia provides consultancy and assistance, both judicial and extrajudicial, in the field of administrative law and, in particular, in the field of public contracts, land management and energy law.

With regard to public contracts, Attorney Incorvaia assists public and private contracting authorities required to apply public procedures, both in the preparation and execution phase of the tender (assisting the RUP in preparing the tender documents, minutes, provisions for possible exclusion and award, in managing access to documents and in examining/verifying administrative documentation) up to the signing of the contract, and in the subsequent execution phase. Also in this area, Attorney Incorvaia has gained significant experience spanning over ten years in the management of public-private partnership relationships and concessions for the construction and management of public works, including project financing, and in assisting clients in the procedures for reviewing economic and financial plans.

With regard to land management, Attorney Incorvaia boasts consolidated experience in urban planning and building procedures aimed at the development and redevelopment of territorial areas, including large ones, and in drafting the related conventional texts to be signed with the competent local authorities, also dealing with related profiles pertaining to environmental law (remediation procedures for contaminated sites, also for the purposes of their redevelopment) and the protection of assets protected from a landscape and historical-artistic-cultural perspective.

As for energy law, the lawyer Incorvaia assists companies in the authorization procedures for the construction and enhancement of electricity production plants from renewable sources.

She graduated in 1998 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuoredi Milano, she has been admitted to the bar since 2002 and she obtained the qualification to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions in 2014.

During her professional activity, the Attorney Incorvaia collaborated with the Observatory on Public Contracts organized by the School of Specialization for the legal professions of the Università Bocconi of Milan and the Università degli Studi di Pavia.

He is a member of SOLOM (Società Lombarda degli Avvocati Amministrativisti).

Since 2013, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of AIM (Associazione Interessi Metropolitani) and, since 2022, of the Board of Directors of the OAMI Foundation – Order of Architects of Milan.
