Attorney Fabio Ghiretti deals with trademarks, patents, copyright, unfair competition and antitrust, New Technologies and Interactive Entertainment. He graduated in 1994 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano with a thesis in Private Law entitled “Gaming, betting and stock market differential contracts”.
He has been admitted to the bar since 2001.
He is the author of the comments on Articles 120, 128, 129 and 130 of the commentary on the Industrial Property Code edited by Vanzetti and published by Giuffré and editor since 1998 of the scientific journal Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale.
He is the Scientific Coordinator and teacher in the Master in Intellectual Property Law and in the Master in New Technologies Law organized by the JLS Legal Training School and has been a speaker at numerous specialized conferences.
He is a member of AIPPI and INDICAM.
He speaks fluent English.
