With immense pride and emotion, last November 28th Lawyer Aldo Roveda was awarded the prestigious Seal of St. Jerome, the highest recognition awarded by the Milan Bar Association to those who have made an extraordinary contribution to the world of Justice.
The ceremony, held in the Great Hall of the Palace of Justice in Milan, represented a historic moment for the Milanese legal community, celebrating the unique milestone of 70 years of dedication, excellence and professional integrity of Avv. Roveda.
An inimitable career
The career of theAvv. Aldo Roveda, today Of Counsel of our Firm, began in 1950, when, still a law student at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, he began his legal practice at the firm of Attorney Fabio Gagnatelli. Having graduated in 1953, he was registered in the Register of Lawyers and Attorneys of Milan in 1955, founding the Roveda Law Firm in the same year.
Thanks to his renowned expertise in commercial law, civil liability (with a focus on product liability) and insurance law, Lawyer Roveda has contributed significantly to the legal landscape of Milan, becoming a point of reference of absolute prestige for generations of lawyers.
Memories of an era and a message of hope
During the ceremony, the beginning of the career of Avv. Roveda was remembered, which took place in an era marked by the wounds left by the Second World War. Having enrolled in the Faculty of Law in 1949, he lived in the Palace of Justice when the city still bore the signs of the conflict, a context that has profoundly shaped his vision of the profession and from which he drew two words that have guided him in life and that he intends to transmit to all of us today: hope and commitment.
