ESG skills are increasingly fundamental in the composition of administrative bodies

Although the debate on whether or not to orient entrepreneurial action also towards the pursuit of ESG objectives is far from dormant nowadays, fueled in this by the recent energy market crisis and from political positions which, particularly in the USA, are particularly critical of these goals, theevolution of the regulatory framework at Italian and European level it goes in the direction of sustainability, requiring in particular large listed companies to consider in their business strategies environmental and social sustainability factors and to "model" it accordingly governance structure.


This will require the presence in predictable ever-increasing numbers in administrative bodies of figures with specific skills in ESG matters.
