Letizia Martignetti

Attorney Letizia Martignetti mainly deals with administrative law, both at an extrajudicial and judicial level, with particular reference to the procurement sector, providing assistance in the various tender phases and contract execution. She also provides consultancy and assistance in urban planning and construction matters and real estate due diligence. She also had the opportunity to gain consolidated experience in the field of civil law.

She graduated in 2008 from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, with a thesis in administrative law entitled "The repression of illegal construction".

Since 2012 she has been admitted to the bar and has been registered, since April 2013, in the Register of Lawyers of the Milan Bar Association.

In 2023 he obtained a Master's degree in Public Procurement from 24ORE Business School.
