Labour law

Out-of-court assistance: advice on the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships, drafting of employment contracts, agreements on bonuses and gratuities, communications of changes in duties and transfers of workplaces, non-competition agreements, dismissal letters, secondment contracts, disciplinary disputes, assistance in disciplinary proceedings and in the proceedings for appealing sanctions before the DTL pursuant to art. 7 of the Workers' Statute, assistance to the party in conciliation attempts carried out before the DTL (dismissals, real offers in contracts with increasing protection), guarantee clauses relating to employment law profiles in procurement contracts.

Litigation : challenges to dismissals (ordinary and precautionary) of workers and managers, challenges to fixed-term contracts, cases involving work for cooperatives under a contracting regime (interposition and joint liability of the client), challenges to apprenticeship contracts, cases involving demotion, mobbing, compensation for damages, cases involving challenges to transfers of workers, cases involving challenges to minutes of conciliation.

Industrial relations and disputes: collective dismissals, drafting of communications to trade unions and assistance in negotiations and in the stipulation of trade union agreements, assistance in the stipulation of trade union agreements regarding remote monitoring of workers, installation of GPS on vehicles and video surveillance, assistance in the management of trade union consultations for company transfers and mergers pursuant to art. 47 L. 428/90 and related trade union agreements, disputes with trade unions in proceedings initiated pursuant to Article 28 of the Workers' Statute.

Protection of personal data: application of the legislation in general and in particular to the processing of data belonging to special categories, to the processing carried out in the context of the employment relationship, associations and third sector organizations, in the publishing field, and to the transnational transfer of data, consultancy for compliance of companies, associations and foundations, professional associations, drafting of policies, regulations and company service orders, information and consent declarations, appointments as Data Processors, instructions to persons authorized to process data, Registers of processing operations, notifications to the Guarantor Authority, risk assessment documents and other documents required or deriving from the regulations in force, assistance to clients in litigation in court and in proceedings before the Guarantor Authority, consultancy on contractual matters for profiles related to the processing of personal data, opinion-writing activities, training activities aimed at the employees of the firm's Clients.

Contracts : assistance in the negotiation and drafting of agency contracts, distribution contracts, procurement contracts, rental contracts, deposit contracts, sales contracts and estimation contracts, commercial contracts between companies in general, with particular reference to transnational commercial relations.

Administrative liability of companies and entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001): holds the position of single-member supervisory body, pursuant to Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, no. 231, in client companies of the Firm.

He graduated in 1994 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano with a grade of 110/110 and a thesis in administrative law entitled: "The teaching autonomy of Universities"

Since 1998 he has been admitted to the bar and since 2014 to represent clients before the Court of Cassation.

He is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, of the Chamber of International Lawyers, of the Association for cultural exchanges between Italian and German jurists and of the European Law Society.

He is a member of the IP Antitrust and Privacy Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

He speaks fluent German and English.
