« There are many activities in the legal field that require not only memory and the ability to organize it, but also legal and social science and culture, common sense, humanity and empathy, all quality that cannot be replaced by artificial intelligence. We would appreciate not so much a position taken of the legislator but above all a more active role of the Bar Associations capable of identifying the critical issues, including ethical ones, of these practices and their possible effects on the relationships between lawyers and other subjects operating in the sector.
