The Conference deals with ESG issues, which are extremely topical in the light of recent regulatory interventions and the growing interest and debate developed in the world of civil and business society, also following recent events which unfortunately have affected the environment, climate and the energy market.
The same intends to provide a legal framework specifically on the issues of sustainable finance and the related issue related to disclosure, corporate sustainability due diligence and significant implications for corporate governance purposes, with particular attention to recent regulatory developments at European level.
A round table is then scheduled on the application experiences concerning particular sectors of interest, in order to provide a practical implication to the participants from those who experience sustainability in the field.
The Conference is aimed at professionals, consultants, businesses and, more generally, all those interested in ESG issues.
Access is free of charge, subject to registration via email at aedbf.segreteria@gmail.com, subject to availability.
It should be noted that the Milan Bar Association has recognised 4 training credits for participation in the event, while it is currently being accredited by the Milan Institute of Chartered Accountants.
